Love it... very friendly helpful employees, no matter when I go whom ever is there on that day they always are at a 10 with customer service. And can answer any question I have had.

Good service. Nice and clean store. The rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I tried going to vapor maven but they were closed... Even though Google said they were open. But closed on a Saturday... Really? Thanks to New Era! Y'all sure came thru!

Specialty pipe shop carro hard to find ítem. But owner runs it & don't know if its on purpose but he's is very Rude inpolite not friendly. I've seen him scare & chase his customers off. Hopefully with time he will learn bettet.

Hands down the best smoke shop in San Angelo!!! Incredible employees and excellent customer service! Several months back my youngest daughter was hospitalized with pneumonia for 6 days in Angelo. We live 40 minutes away. By the 3rd day we were in the clear and were sticking around for observation and some test results. We were away from home and had no supplies. My boyfriend went down to new era to pick up a glass piece. He called ahead because it was minutes from closing. He explained the predicament we were in and the employee agreed to wait for him. When he arrived he selected the piece he wanted and went to pay for it. The employee refused to take his money and wished us well and said he hoped our little girl got better soon. Last night we got the opportunity to visit their shop while we were in town. It was my first time in the store and I was beyond impressed with their selection! The gentleman that helped us last night was great! Very knowledgeable and easy to visit with. Im generally not one to take time to write reviews good or bad, but this place definitely deserves some recognition!!! Thank you New Era, see y’all again soon!!!

We go in New Era like we give to Walmart! Jay is the best salesman plus he explains everything to you in a very comprehensive manor! I won’t ever go to Lifted because the customer service is out standing at New Era and so are the prices! If you need to know something hit up Jay at New Era!

Used a piece bought from this store and asked my friend what she thought of the store and if she wanted to leave a review on Google.
This is what she said:
"Im not gonna... later! Wait, words. Look! Bag on head!"
I think that translates to a pretty good experience from New Era but I could be wrong... Who knows?

Guy that worked this evening was not very helpful nor knowledgeable at all. Didn't seem enthused to answer any questions, nor properly give any info we had about specific items. He needs customer service training.

Hate the fact No Cards but they still got your back with the ATM inside store for those who don't have cash.

I called ahead to ask about purchasing a new bale and the guy on the phone said he would be willing to show me a few pictures when we go there. I drive across town just for this dude to be COMPLETELY rude to me and my girlfriend. We told him we had just called about a bale and he preceded to tell us he had a 1000 called and what do we want. He then blew us off and walked away. I will NEVER go back.
