Bought a cloud twister battery, when I opened it and tried using it it didn’t work, I called to notify them and they said it was a final sale on the defective product they sold me, now they want to see me another one with 10% off???? If you don’t offer exchanges or returns on products maybe consider making sure it works before it leaves that shop. Girl wasn’t helpful at all and I just wasted $20+ On something that won’t even hold a charge. Wack.

bought 2 carts, 1 didn't work at all and the other was obviously months old they had marked down many times. oil was extremely dark and tasted wrong. went to get a refund and was told it was definitely many months old but they couldn't do anything about it. complete waste of money

sketchiest smoke shop i've been to in a while, the entire front case is filled with many well known black market and unregulated delta 8 brands such as cake, which is a widely known black market brand with 0 regulations and this is easily findable with a bit of research. I decided to buy a delta 8 cart from one of the more reputable brands like treetop. upon going to my car and retrieving my battery, i pulled out the cart and it was obviously months old and heavily oxidized with almost brown oil, when delta 8 is known to be clear. not only this, they refused to swap it or give me a refund. talk about awful customer service

Horrible, never have the brands that you purchased there originally even after months of waiting, same with coils. Lost my vape unit and purchased a new one there, it randomly starts on its own just sitting on the counter and they won’t replace it…less than 3 weeks old. I will never shop there again.
