Awesome and Amazing!!! Compared to the competitors u can't beat em. Only wished they were open till 9(hint.. hint) Pretty hard to come n from out n the field and make it before last call...

I initially had a good experience at the Vape Shack. I spent $180 in two trips. On the second trip I bought what turned out to be a fake tank that had a bad security code. Went to the manufacturer's site to verify the code and it had been used thousands of times already. Called and spoke with the owner or manager. He was nice enough but was really interested in proving me wrong and not so interested in helping me as a customer. Never offered to replace or refund it. He said they probably stopped generating new security code numbers on the boxes. I thought that was a possibility I guess until I bought two products from the same manufacturer on eBay of all places and they both checked out as authentic using their security codes. I don't know if they intentionally sell fake stuff but they are certainly not interested in helping you if you have a problem with the products they sell.

The markup is crazy here. A pack of coils for $50, when you can get them online for $20+$5 shipping? I could get next day air and still be ahead. I never really liked their juice but didn't disparage because they help people quit smoking, but damn every piece of hardware is marked up at least 100%. Do yourself a favor and look up prices before you go there. See if the price/convienence ratio is worth it to you. It wasn't for me.

Juice is absolutely terrible. It makes you breathe funny. The juice taste like it has chemicals in it. The staff are no help whatsoever and have a completely twisted interpretation of the FDA guidelines. I strongly advise you to go somewhere, anywhere else, nay I implore you to reconsider frequenting this establishment.

I was a regular customer while I had my company in the oilfield in Odessa... The owner is an incredible guy, and allows customers to not only come in and relax, but also to assist in educating new customers on how to stop smoking and start vaping. Since I have returned to my home state of Arizona, I have called and ordered my juice (harvest berry) and have always gotten my juice quickly. Great customer service, great shipping times, and the highest quality juice that I have ever seen !!! I've used a ton of vape shops around the U.S. and am willing to testify that vape shack has the best of juices, flavors, and friendliest employees I have ever seen. Great work guys, don't let the government take you out, your awesome. !!

Checked this place out while waiting on Steins to open up (a sports bar a few doors down) and automatically felt unwelcomed. Store was musty and nasty. The monotone staff had nothing to say as they sat there puffing on their vapes. Felt zero energy in the atmosphere. Opened up some conversation on their mild product selection and got 1 or 2 word answers every time... won't be coming back. Could have potentially bought a new mod and some juice but this just wasn't the place. From what I can tell, the owner is a nice outgoing guy, sounds to me like he needs to reconsider his staff.

Pleasantly surprised with the amount of colorful vape items they have (didn't look at prices though..). I tried a house juice called "ocean water" and it was pretty terrible.. i emptied my tank and put something else in. Probably won't be buying juice from them again.

This is a really great store... staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store has a great vibe and a classy atmosphere. Service is prompt and courteous. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Love love love vape shack! Melvin is the owner and he is super nice. Helps you find what you need and if you have a problem he wants to help you fix it!. I feel bad if I go anywhere else!!! There's not alot of places that the owner personally comes out and helps you.
