I have shopped at many E-cig shops around Marble Falls/Burnet area and Tactical Vapors has far better customer service. I was in the market for a new tank awhile ago and stopped in for the first time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the differences in tanks and why you run the wattage at a certain level. Other shops would just say "well people like this tank". Every time I stop in the staff is always super friendly. It's rare find a retail establishment where the employees seem genuinely happy to be at work. Last but not least, Chase helped me yesterday and went above and beyond to fix a small issue. Truly a great place.
