Excellent customer service. I was able to get what I was looking for with little hassle. The staff was very knowledgeable and were able to answer every question I had. When I had a problem with my device a few days later they helped correct the problem without any hassle. Great place to visit for your vaping/hardware needs.

The place sold me a faulty Istick 100w and it exploded just right out of warranty range. They waited until everyone left to even tell that they can't help me. I don't understand when I buy something for over 100 bucks that it can't be fixed after I bought it. Steve has also sold me vape juice that burned 4 coils between two different capes and on watts and low and high watts settings. Go to a different place please because it's hard to come up with the money to buy this stuff. Please read reviews
