TLDR Version - Just go down the street to Rock N Roll It by I 10. WAY bigger store, more product selection, and much better customer service.
Mid grade customer service... Basically every vape shop in a 5 mile radius has 4.5 or higher rating so the current 4.8 rating doesn't really mean too much apparently. They sell individual pods out of the manufacturers packaging. I bought a 4 pack of pods and got home and realized there were only 2 in the pack. I went back the next week and told them they shorted me two pods. its not necessarily about the monetary value but more about the principal. They could have easily just given me two pods; however, the two employees working on 9/22 (afternoon), one appearing to be the manager, proceeded to give me every excuse on how and why they couldn't do anything about it. I understand that, but the way they turned things around on me and their tone didn't sit well with me. The guy who rung me up previously was actually working. They asked "did the person who rung me up check?" Obviously they didn't. I had used them multiple times for juice, pods, etc.

I want to say I appreciate you Johnathan for calling me back to assist me with my vape issue. My issue was I was under the impression that my vapes were faulty when I just didn’t know that there was a certain way to make the vape work. So the only thing I would say is maybe when people come in and get this type of vape, they should be instructed on how to use them. Again, thank you so much for calling me to help me and I will definitely be back!!

Sold me a counterfeit (fake) elfbar. Told them on two occasions and proved it several ways. As far as I know, they're still selling them because the products were still on the shelf last I saw. Also refused me a refund. Even though the fake devices could have anything in them, they don't seem to care about potential harm to their customers enough to take fake ones down and sell the real thing...who knows where the fakes came from.. so avoid this place!

Always seem to have whatever it is I need in stock. Practically the best prices for premium e-juice I’ve seen around town. Especially their buy 1 get one $5 off. Not to mention they literally have everything you need for whatever it is you’re into. It feels like the Wal-Mart of smoke shops! And I’ve always lived in a big city! If you’re in the area or just passing through, you owe it to yourself to hop off the freeway and check it out for yourself…if your into that kind of stuff.

I usually come in here once and a blue moon and the employees are pretty friendly and helpful making suggestions for kratom products.
Today 10/07 I visited and there was nobody else but me in the store, the young lady behind the counter seemed upset that I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted and was not interested in making any suggestions.
Tone was rude as if me not knowing was wasting her time.
Would of made a purchase if not for the kid behind the counter who can’t believe folks can’t determine what they would like from the 30 plus products on the shelf with vague names and definitions.
0/10 customer service, I get it’s a hourly job at a smoke shop but your job is to help folks make a purchase.

Long time customer, I've made a number of purchases, some large, some small. Staff is alright. Today I didn't buy much. The short but large black gentleman with dreads felt the need to whisper "so f'n broke" under his breathe as I was getting my money out. I won't be shopping here again due to the lack of bare minimum respect.
