Daphne is AMAZING!! I was a first time vape purchaser. She made me feel welcome upon arriving and helped me, and I mean HELPED ME, get the purchase I desired that day! Lol. We had run into some hiccups getting me started but she was so patient and made sure that I was taken care of no matter how long it took! I will definitely be back here for all of my vaping needs from now on, idc if it's 45 minutes away haha! So thank you to her and the owner as well, walking me through how to use it and what the settings mean etc. They are both informative and very kind! 5 stars all the way!!!

Horrible smoke shop, this goes for all locations, they overcharge like crazy, the company is corrupt and sketchy, sells counterfeit and faulty products, they have kids 18-20 running the stores with zero knowledge on any product. they have been caught multiple times passing off illegal and dangerous product as delta 8, if you value your time and money, I highly recommend taking your business to a local family owned smoke shop.

This is my home base of Vape City unfortunately it's one of their smaller locations so they don't carry all the brands that some of the bigger stores have if they did such as SQUID BOX RandM®, SQUID 5k® & RARE GRIP™

Rip off will they sell you broken product and cartridge.i ask for a disposable cartridge was sold a regular cartridge that requires a battery. So I came back a week later to by the battery just to find out the cartridge is broken and leaking when I connected it to the battery. So now I can not get a refund for the cartridge or for the battery that I bought the day before for it .
