Most vape shops in Austin are closed after 10 or 11pm, especially after the pandemic. Yet, Vape City & Smoke City on Burnet Road in Austin, Texas is open 24 hours and has a HUGE selection.
I found prices to be reasonable. Not the absolute cheapest, but definitely in line with other shops, and you will find their 24 hours, 7 days a week open policy helpful when you need to restock on your items.

Amazing shop, one of my favorite shops to go to in town. Atlas the guy who is usually there when I go in is super knowledgeable and passionate and it's always amazing to hear what he has to say. The only thing is though they don't carry my favorite brand called Sweet Sensi. Sweet Sensi has this elevated edible D9 line of products that is made from rosin, no edible based company can come close to how amazing this brand is. I moved here from Maryland and I had my medical card there and the edibles from Sweet Sensi blow everything out of the water I had gotten from the dispensary. I would highly recommend y'all start carrying this brand so I don't have to go to a different shop to get what I'm looking for!

Everything in this store is priced really well. The only thing that is sold that's a little high are the freebase e-juices. Recently, some of their prices have finally dropped. Friendly staff and YES OPEN 24/7, EVEN ON HOLIDAYS. Staff is more than happy to help you and assist you with any questions you may have.

Sarah was super helpful. She hooked me up with a vape and two juices for a reasonable price. She listened to the fact I love the brand aegis and how I had an aegis legend who’s battery latch just gave out on me and wouldn’t latch anymore. I am never disappointed when I come here. She has helped me before and helped me pick out to awesome juices then too. Their wide selection of mods. Kits. Juices. And etc and customer service will keep anyone in their right mind coming here

Found this shop a few days ago and found a preroll I loved for $3. Today when I tried to buy the same preroll, less than a gram, the lady said $11? I passed. Sad. Guess it's back to Planet K I go. Not cool 😕 Rainy day inflation sucks.

High prices but 24hrs is pretty rad. They have an okay selection. One thing that really bothers me is they take all the vapes out of their boxes. I asked about one, the guy who worked there took it out of the glass case, fiddled around with it (took off the mouth piece to show me how it worked) then tried to sell it to me after his hands had been all over it 🤢. So I asked for a different color. I mean these things should be sealed in their boxes for sanitation reasons. Why take them all out? They go in your mouth!

I’ve easily had the best customer service experience EVERY time I’ve gone here. Every single employee is not only helpful, but are all extremely friendly. If a smoke shop was closer than vape city, I’d still drive the extra miles because this business has a customer for life with me.
Also, your employee named SARAH is the absolute sweetest and vape city is very lucky to have her working there. She’s sublime.
