We love this store when it's open. The last few times we've gone during business hours, there's a note on the door that says they'll be right back. We've had to wait for half an hour before someone shows up. We didn't wait this time. It's currently closed right now....

Every pen I got leaked and the new one they gave me as I checked in the store was leaking and he said they get hot and leak.. so what's the point for a 30 to 50 oil to leak and can't smoke..? Place is a joke rather order online.

I've been waiting since 5am to go here because I love it, but nobody has shown up and the door and online says they open at 10am. It's 10:30 right now, and I'm sad. I give them 5 stars for all the times I have been there, and I'm assuming maybe I'm stupid and they don't open at 10am, or maybe an emergency came up. I'll try again another time 🥲

Let me start off by saying I have been to several vape shops and multiple parts of Rutherford and Davidson county. This vape shop by far definitely deserves a five-star review. The girl working the counter was very attentive to my needs. She was very polite respectful and informative of any and every product that I had questions about. If only we had more people in the world like that then it would be such a much greater place. She definitely deserves five stars along with the store but they're organization which entails the stopped amount and quality of products. I however am a huge fan of lazy boy smoke shop products and it was super stoked to see that they are now being sold at this location for those that are unaware.

Got powder instead of capsules. I would've been happy to swap outright not even thinking of the price. The guy stopped me of his own volition to hand me another bag at a loss to him just to make sure I got my money's worth. I respect it and I'll be back.
