The people there are amazing especially the gal named faith, she was knowledgeable and friendly, I brought a buddie in and she help him find the right piece of glass for him. These guys are awesome and extremely knowledgeable about everything they sell. Went in to pick up a beautiful glass spoon and the guy was really patient with me while I was trying to decide which one I wanted. Used to go here about once a week. They moved locations and now have limited parking all taken up by the owners vans. I won’t be returning to somewhere that’s this hard to find parking. US Market in town has everything I need and if I’m going to spend the money on glass I’ll take my business to bend. Y’all lost me for life.

Super upset that they’re having the one guy who knows absolutely nothing mainly on mornings by himself. He’s sold me so many wrong things, and has not known anything about the products they’re selling. This is a nice store, great prices, but when I can only come in in the mornings, I probably won’t be coming back unless the guy with glasses or the one with the beard are on mornings since they know what they’re talking about and don’t sell me wrong merchandise. Maybe they should hire or at least train their employees on what they’re selling, the newest guy with the beard knows more than the guy working mornings now and he hasn’t been there as long as him.

Younger girl was helping another customer when I came in, we made eye contact and while I was in the store waiting for her to help me 4 other customers came in after me she proceeded to help everyone else besides me. Ended up leaving without getting my disposables. Will be going else where from now on. Used to come here all the time never had issues. But that was the limit, I did not feel welcomed as a customer.

Such a great smoke shop. I’m a truck driver from Montana and I was in Redmond at my companies home terminal and needed some essentials for myself so I decided to stop in and check them out. So many selections and so much knowledge on all the products. It was great to walk into a smoke shop and not be bombarded by your typical stoner employees. Such a great experience and I recommend everyone in the area to stop in here to get your vape stuff or whatever you need. 10/10 most definitely will be stopping in the next time I’m in Redmond. Thank you guys!!

They've improved their inventory so much in just a year. You can find just about anything you need for your vape, from parts to a much larger variety of juices.
**Update after 2 years as a customer. We unfortunately will no longer continue to support the store, we've since switched to ordering online for our vape products. Inventory has not been restocked in months, there's currently no shortage so that won't be an excuse for empty shelves, plus ordering from a large retailer will be HALF the cost.
