Terrible costumer service! The guy with big eyes is the owner. He is legit perv. Asking for my number and come out to my car. Asking very inappropriate questions. The dude knows I have a boyfriend and the one time I come in there he pulls that. I’ve been there three times and that will be the last. I’m not the only girl he has done this too.

Prior to a week ago I would have given a 5 start rating for sure. However I bought a lighter for 20 bucks, which was hard to light during demo. I asked the young man for a discount because it was a hard light, he refused I asked him about returns he said within 24 hours. The lighter never lit again after I left the store. I took it back 16 hours later only to be revised an exchange. Not refund,. I just wanted one that worked. And the employees refused to give me the owners name.

I've been to almost every head shop in it around Massillon and I have to say this place is next to none. Prices are extremely reasonable, selection is extensive and Ryan was extremely personable and very helpful.

Horrible customer service! They charged my debit card twice on top of me paying cash for their merchandise because they told me my card wasn’t working but it did! I showed proof of these transactions of my debit card and the lady that works in the evening said I could have store credit equal to the amount. She even took a picture of my phone and wrote my name down. Then when I return to the store yesterday, the guy working was extremely rude and when he called her to verify, they both blatantly called me a liar! Keep the money you robbed me of and use it to train your employees to have respect for the customers that are keeping them in business! I’ll never be back! And if I could give you less than one star I would!
