Prices on mods/tanks are great. Customer service was great. Ejuice selection was decent. They also offer a juice testing if you're interested, but beware these testers are pretty slack so you're lucky if you can taste any of them. Hint... bring your RDA and drip 😉 Other than that, this is a good vape store for mods, tanks a juice. A little sitting room. Don't see that much in vape shops so that's great! Small selection of accessories.

meh , first time visiting today and last time . way over priced 25 bucks plus tax for a 60ml bottle of juice that i can get for around 15 bucks online or at my regular shop . I ended up choosing one of their house blends since the selection was non existent, the flavor of the juice wasn’t bad , but the nicotine mixed in it is either cheap or mixed way to strong , now i have a 30ml bottle of juice i paid 17 bucks for that tastes awful .

Alec is the man with the plan.....I would give this location 10 stars if it was just based on him! Very honest and doesn't just try to talk you into a sale, rather he explains why it's better....as for some of the other staff.....ugh not so much......and hey Madvapes supervisors, stop hiring these girls cause they're cute, majority of them could care less about making customers happy.....it's just a paycheck to them......they spend too much time trying to be cute and pretty looking around you as the next dude comes in...I had a problem with one in particular at Mooresville location , which almost led to her getting cussed out in front of 10+ customers. .....she was trying to be too cute, wasn't paying attention, sold me the wrong stuff, (wrong nicotine levels) I went back with seals unbroken on my juices, recipe in hand.....they were gonna exchange it for correct nicotine lvl until they figured out they didn't have it, but refused to refund my $???

I understand the policy on federal controlled liquid.....BUT!, if it's good enough to put back on shelf to resale....it's good enough to give me my damn money back!! PERIOD!!!

Walked in and the employees acted like they cared more about socializing with each other then asking if I needed any help. When I finally asked about a juice I wanted the dude straight up said no. After that my autistic cousin and I were sampling juices and he accidently dropped a tank and it caused absolutely no damaged other than dripping a bit of their knockoff disgusting captain crunch vomit on the floor, the dude came over instantly and even after I apologized he talked down to my mentally handicapped cousin. Will never, ever go back, ever. Not even in a fire.

First time shopping, wasn't sure exactly on what I wanted , talked with Darren and he knew exactly what would work best for what I described, made it a truly great experience.

I purchased a Pulse Mod there about a month ago...It started leaking on day one...You can replace the tank and it starts leaking again within a Hour.... It also leaks on to the electrical contacts...That can't be good!!!!! And you get a mouth full of juice.....I went in yesterday and ask why it was leaking....The sales guy told me it was Normal and all Pods leak...Sounded like a used car salesman... I have to replace the Tank every Day......Don't Buy from these people!!!!! They do not stand behind what they sale....They helped me out by selling me 3 more leaky pods for over 20 Bucks with tax...Which they sell online for 10 bucks....So I spent 36 bucks for a Junk mod.....and 20 Bucks for more leaky pods....I guess it is back to Regular Cigs for me......Until I can find something that don't leak.

This place was legit, the manager was very informative and made wonderful suggestions. Loved having a normal conversation in these times and love woody harrelson!!!!! Breaking necks!!!

I come here often, but however this will be my last time coming here. I usually only buy a 10ml bottle or 15 ml bottle. I came in today and was told they no longer sale that size bottle. The sizes start at 50ml now. Well for one that's just crazy, I will be smoking that flavor for a while with a 50 ml bottle. So I went ahead and bought the 50 ml bottle and got my 10 nicotine and my total was 30 bucks.. that is just ridiculous for a 50ml bottle with 10 nicotine for crappy juice. They have lost my service and I will no longer be buying anything from here!!!
