I've been shopping at The Vapory for quite a few years now but lately have been unimpressed. The customer service has been sub par and the products much the same. The juice is still good but the hardware not so much. I have bought AT LEAST two pairs of batteries in the past few weeks and there has been one of two batteries that were bad. They refuse to sell quality batteries (Sony VTCs or Samsungs) and also charge for new batteries when you buy a kit (they advertise a complete kit when a device is purchased) I suppose they are falling victim to the typical business follies. Still not an excuse

Love the flavors. Actually have taste and not of oils. I wish you had your flavor menu somewhere to view online. Best prices. I actually have my daughter and son in law get my juices from there. Prices in Carlsbad are ridiculous.

I've been going to the Vapory for what seems like forever! Before it was the Vapory even! Love love love this place. Best staff, hands down. They are super knowledgeable about their juice, their mods, and make you feel welcome! I've tried a few other places in a pinch, and nothing compares. Great job guys!

I live in Deming and we have a small vape shop here but the people aren't too friendly, the juices aren't that good and there is not many choices. My step dad and I were going to cruces and decided to stop here and I couldn't be any more impressed. We were greeted right away and the woman there was very friendly and very helpful. She was also very knowledgeable. They have so many flavors and very good juices. I picked up the MVP 20w and nautilus tank as well as 2 juices. I LOVE this shop and will for sure make the drive for anything I'll need in the future!

One of the best places in southern New Mexico to get your vaping supplies! Staff is super friendly and helpful. And the juices made in store are fantastic. And they have a rewards system that will help you save lots of money if you do switch. If your trying to quit smoking, and don't really know where to start. Swing by and don't be afraid to ask! They had us set up with new vapes in no time! And they are very knowledgeable on what you can get set up on to kick your habit!

Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with a smile. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The interior of the building is welcoming and clean. I can count on them to provide the best service time after time. They carry a HUUUGE variety of vapor liquids, and are more than happy to make you something custom. The mods they are selling are all authentic and have certificates of authenticity to know you are getting the genuine article and not a chinese bootleg. They have a rewards program to redeem for e-liquids and discounts. Overall every time I have been in the store I am extremely satisfied.

Amazing. Staff was friendly. When I had an issue with the way they handled my tank after changing out the coil - they made it right without hesitation. Recommended me things as I'm not too keen on every technical thing to do with vaping, all the while letting me decide at my pace. But let's not forget about that ambiance! Beautiful environment! Great place to pay a visit! 10/10!

Staff are friendly and the rewards program is nice, however, in the past two months I’ve bought 3 vapes from this location and each one has been mediocre at best. I’ve spent well over $350 at this store and keep having to get a new vape because they either break or just aren’t that great at vaping. Won’t be going back.
