"Undun has over 5000 square feet of everything an adult could want in a clean, bright, fun atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Every corner you turn you will be pleasantly surprised with what you find. They have the largest Vape section in the upper valley. Just wait until you see the 16' long two sided humidor full of premium cigars. Adjacent to the humidor is the micro brew beer cooler with all of the most popular brews. A large selection of roll your own Tobacco and all the popular cigarettes. They have an Adult section with toys, lubes, lotions, DVD's and even gag gifts. The new glass barn has hand blown glass and all smoking accessories."

A good social environment, wide variety of Cigars and vaping products. Impressive ejuice selection, both premium and discount. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly and the people working there are helpful with their customers from Novice to Expert levels. Highly recommended.

After having 2 people cut in front of me for whatever was wrong with their product and then watching another two kids come in and get rung in front of me really bothered me. Then while waiting for everyone else to get done I started putting together my new rig because state law says they can't touch them - I then had the product ripped out of my hand and dismantled to be put back in the box. Then I asked really? And I said I'd come back another time because I didn't have all night. Then he started yelling at me to get out, telling me he didn't need customers like me, it was the regulations causing this and on and on, punching the counter, and swearing. Mind you - I've spent close to $700 there in the past two months and was going to buy another $300 setup today.... So yeah. I wont ever step foot in that place again. So ridiculous and unproffesional.

Chris is the man and worth his weight in solid gold. His knowledge is spot on and will help anyone with any issue at un dun. We have been going for years. 1000 percent gospel. He will educate you on whatever you need. A true Vapeologist who studies the newest products and gives you the pros and cons of what works and what doesn’t. Very pleased and impressed with products and service. Very blessed to have met Chris and other workers. I wish I could give un dun 10 stars. The difference at Un Dun is that Chris and his employees take the time to help you not just try to sell you something. He takes the time to research what he tells you. I drive 1hr to go to Un Dun and do not put my name on anything or try something just for the sake of trying it. I truly believe in what Chris tells me even if I have looked at videos and articles about what I need. I could tell after going to Un Dun his knowledge and customer service surpasses my expectations every time I walk in. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone there is always helpful and knowledgeable, no matter what it is we go in looking for when it comes to vaporizers and the e-liquid. They also make their own and are awesome. Love the place and recommend it to everyone.

Great selection and reasonable prices, however I will no longer do business there. I was given the wrong product and they would not do anything to make it right. I am a manager in the retail field as well and I would do anything I possibly could to remedy the situation. They have lost my business and The Business of anyone I have an opportunity to deter from going to that store.

Bought a device, which didn't work great to start, and stopped working 2 weeks later. They won't replace it or accept a return. This place is memorable only for the bad experience.

Lots of defective glass lots never dropped any of my pieces simply picked it up to use it and the staff part of my water pipe popped off another piece the perk just jiggled off
