Great shop. Low prices. They have a large supply similar to what you would find in the larger Vape stores. Staff is great. Tena & Tony helped me out and went out of her way to get what I needed in Stock. I get all my vape supplies here. I'd rather support a local business than order online to try and save a buck or 2 if I'm lucky. A+ + +. 👍

The service at JASS Smoke Shop seemed great, until I actually purchased one of their products. I spent $80.00 on a vaping device on Friday May 15th, 2020. I was having problems with the device tasting like burnt plastic when it was in use. I went back to the store on Sunday May 17th, 2020 at 8:30am and explained to them the device was not working and that I wasted an entire bottle of juice (which I also bought from them on Friday) filling the Sourin pods trying to get the device to work properly.
The store manager (an older gentleman with a mustache) said, I'm sorry we can't take it back. I explained that I paid for it and that it does not work properly. further, I explained that it feels as if the plastic is burning and I am inhaling chemicals (which is a health hazard). He couldn't care less and said, "when my son comes in later he will look at it and see if he can fix it".
I explained there is no "fixing it". The device is broken and there is something wrong with the internals of the device and I will not continue to inhale burning plastic/chemicals. The store manager would not return my money for the device OR even exchange it for another working device (which is all that I asked for).
I have been a patron of this store for the past 6 months and have spent hundreds of dollars here, and the least that they could do is honor an exchange for a product that they sold me (2) days ago that does not work properly.
It's truly a shame people conduct business this way. I will be filing complaints against Jass Smoke Shop with the Better Business Bureau, the attorney general, and other regulatory agencies. It is not okay to conduct business in this manner.

Called ahead about a product and the guy was helpful about how to approach and pay (for those of you reading this years later, this was during the pandemic). Quick and easy transaction upon my arrival, would recommend!

If you're in this area, this is the smoke shop to go to. Don't even bother with the one by Vons, unless you like getting taken for a ride..
Great prices, friendly staff, excellent selection of glass & accessories. They don'ttdon't to charge you over MSRP like another local shop, quite the opposite.

Worst customer service experience in years. I went to elephant vapor the day before and spent $97.00 and forget to buy the one piece that I actually really needed. So I went to purchase a new glass replacement for my vape TFV8 at Jass Smoke Shop. An Older gentleman either Pakistani or Hindu was there. Insisted that this particular piece would fit. I bought it and of course, when I got to work and tried to put the glass piece on it would not fit. Eight Hours later , when I got off of work, I went back and informed the gentleman who was there, now a younger man same nationality, that I just bought this earlier and it does not fit. Would not give me a refund, had to do so sort of exchange, so he opened up a package of coils and handed me one of the cheaper little coils. He was extremely rude, started actually getting loud, disrespectful, when I asked him, One coil? Started saying how many do you want that's enough, go find it cheaper. I should of know NOT to go to these smoke shops where there prices are outrageous and they are NOT knowledgeable about anything they sell. NEVER AGAIN. I should of just waited 2 more days and gone back to Elephant Vapor.

I'm not a frequent customer of head shops, but occasionally I'll drop in for a can of butane or some Backwoods. Dude who runs this place is cool, doesn't try to get you for every nickel, etc.
