As a professional musician in a small town, there's nothing more important to me than reliability and professionalism when it comes to the care of my instruments. For a number of years, I took my instruments to Salt Lake City or Reno to have them serviced, until the last year when I met Daniel. Daniel, the newest tech at 5J, is an absolute professional in every sense of the word. He knows his stuff, knows how to apply it, and knows, most importantly, how to diagnose and fix problems that otherwise make no sense to me. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and it feels like a family every time I come down. I've never once been price gouged, and always know that if I were to have an issue for some reason with a service provided, 5J would make it right. 5J goes above and beyond for their musician clientele. As a musician, I highly recommend 5J for any kind of instrument/music needs.
