I love this shop!! Awesome customer service, these dudes are a blast to talk to! Fabulous juice selections, picked up a new fav tonight, the Philip Rocke Honey Cream is super tasty, along with a new kit to replace my dying one. Prices are all on point. Did not stand by their return policy, sold a defective vape mod and were very rude. we had the receipt and quoted store policy, and even with all of this evidence, the employees made no effort to remedy the situation. The employees need a lesson in humility, and need to know that customer service is key to success in any business. I advise others to take their business to another vape shop who actually puts customer service first.
