There was a sign on the door “back in 5 minutes” so I waited-not even two minutes later a young fella (Jacob) opens the door and welcomes me…apologizing for my inconvenience-I told him don’t worry about it. Jacob was very kind and helpful, and even though I really was not inconvenienced-he discounted my purchase. Every time I shop here I leave pleased. My thanks to the owner/whoever is in charge - for having knowledgeable and friendly staff and the product that I need.

Atmosphere smoke is the best shop in Missoula and it's not even close! Super good people, top quality products and good prices. Whatever you need from a smoke shop, this is the place to go! Ask for Sarah cuz she's worth going to see personally for the best info and knowledge around. Always getting new stuff and adapts to what people want. Great spot!

Only shop I go to in town. I think it's better then the others. The products seem to be of a better quality then I've experienced else where and the prices are the same. Good selection of products and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Sign said that they opened at 10am on the day I visited. I got there a few minutes after 10am and they were closed. I waited around for 10 minutes and they still were closed. I ended up going to a different store to get what I needed.

Customer service is absolutely fantastic!! Employees are super easy to approach and talk to. The prices are completely reasonable and competitive compared to other places. I Highly recomend you visit this shop! It's the only place I go to. It's the only place you'll ever need to go to. Keep up the great work guys!!

I have fallen in love with this store, I want to go to Atmosphere Smoke Shop more often than what I've been in there. They have got all the products that any person could ever dream up, pipe cases, backpacks, really you name it they've got it. They sell the best of the best butane for any of your mini handheld torches, I am just insane about this store. So, I highly recommend this Smoke shop to anyone and everyone who is looking for each and all their smoke pieces. Literally you name it they got it. GO HERE!!! I SWEAR YOU'LL LOVE IT TOO!!!

I bought a $25 Pod stick - which is a nicotine vaporizer. The thing was a dud and would NOT work. I went back to exchange it, but was told I couldn't. I asked that the cashier call the manager or the owner. He called, but LIED to manager. He said that we tested it together at the original time of purchase. That was NOT true.
I then asked the cashier for the managers number. He gave it to me, but the manager did NOT answer. I left a message but it was NOT returned.
This place does NOT back up their products and their employees are ingenuous.

They always have an awesome sale going on. Employees are knowledgeable. Even though I like to shop around, I always wind up making a purchase from these guys!
