I was very nervous to go in because I have no experience, but the cashier there was absolutely amazing. They also had me try the product before I left the store to make sure it worked. Overall, amazing experience and I will definitely be using this as my regular shop from now on!

Bought a disposable vape and soon as I got it home the battery wouldn’t shut off brought it back and they said there’s nothing they can do. Very disappointing To spend almost 30 bucks on a disposable vape to try and get away from cigs and they don’t stand behind the products they sell. Just lost business for them. Wouldn’t recommend at all

This is by far the best place to buy all of your vaping products whether you have vaped for a while & especially if your are new at it. Kelly, the owner, Josh & Justin give A++ customer service every time no matter what your needs are. They are so personable I've come to feel like they're old friends. They all go above & beyond any of your expections. I highly recommend Twisted E!

Buyer beware!! A young man sold me a $55 unit, when got home the unit would not charge, when i tried bringing it in they said too bad! With all the money i have spent there you would think they would be helpful but I was treated like Garbage! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE! It's over priced and Trash and their customer service is even worse.Do yourself a favor and go to Vaper World, twice the liquid per bottle and cheaper and not watered down!!
