I went to Vapor loft KC today and I'm impressed. Alexis is very friendly and Extremely knowledgeable. This girl knows her stuff. She answered all my questions and picked me out an amazing vape and some kratom. This store has an amazing kratom selection and Alexis knows her strains very well also. I will definitely be back and I recommend you stop by and see her.The prices are fair and the service is great. 5/5

Stopped in because I needed a new coil for my vape. I couldn't remember the name or size off the top of my head. The guy helping me just said, "Sorry. We don't have it." He didn't even try to help me figure out what kind I needed. That was my first time in there and it was not a great impression.

Vapor Loft KC has incredible products! They're always very knowledgeable with any questions that I have for them and always helpful when it comes to new strains of Kratom that come in. Chris recommended I go there when they were low on strains down at KC smokes in Westport. The lady that was working up there today was nothing but helpful and went out of her way to make sure I had a wonderful experience. I recommend this place to anyone that is interested in vaping, Kratom, Delta 8 Etc.

Just move back to KC, this shop is the closest to my place. Worst customer service I’ve received in a vape store in the ten years I’ve been vaping. The young man working seemed put out he had to come from the back and assist a customer. I asked a few questions about the options they had available (it was very limited in my experience) and he didn’t seem to care about helping the only customer in the store. Finally I just grabbed a bottle, paid and left only because I didn’t want to have to drive around to find another shop. I definitely will not be back, I’ll find a store who wants a regular customer.

Went into this cute little shop looking for a new tank. i have been to a lot of shops lately and almost every one has very little product, and even less knowledge about them. But not here!
First thing when i walked in, i was instantly greeted and complimented on my keychain! The girl there was super nice and friendly! She had a wealth of knowledge and experience about tanks! She helped me find one that i love! And i got some new juice that is SOOO good!
I hung out for a little bit just chatting and she was a lot of fun!
Don't waste time going to other vape shops, seriously. Just go here, and you will be glad you did!

They carry quality. Knowledgeable staff and helpful. They have everything you need from beginner to building your own set up. I work for bnsf so it’s nice to have a shop close to the depot to stop in and grab some stuff before I hit the road. Less than a mile away from Murray Yard.

By fair the worse experience in a store. The younger guy obviously had other things to do than help me the only customer in the store. He definitely has a chip on his shoulder.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. It’s been awhile since I’ve vaped and he helped me through it. Awesome flavor selection of juices as well. Will definitely be back when I’m ready to upgrade.
