Would not shop again just stop by seeing what they have and I asked a question whether they had something and the employee responded you see what's here as if I know whats in the store. This isn't the first time I've had bad service but someone being that rude has forever lost business.
To the owners response you don't have to lie to protect the business as if its really doing proper business one bad review wont mean much but twisting things for your side is bad business practice. The employee was incredibly rude and when I asked a question they did not say we don't have it is there anything else your interested in they looked at me gave attitude and said "you see what we have" and that's no where near what you claimed.
I wish the business the best of luck and hope you all grow as people so the business can prosper. I left this originally to provide criticism and let you know whats going on in the store not argue over an experience.

Staff was very nice. I bought my husband a hookah from somewhere else and stopped in to visit, they had what I needed.
