RISE Medical Cannabis Dispensary St Cloud

Impressed with the dispensary, it was a very nice, calm & relaxing atmosphere, staff we're very helpful. My father, whom we picked up for was pleasantly pleased with the quality of the products. Only gave 4 stars because of the high pricing (I know ALL dispensaries have similar pricing in Mn) but, it's used for medical purposes & for some the only means of pain management etc.. it's sad knowing people have to go without at times due to the cost. It will be a grand day when cost is made affordable. Thanks

Always a quick pick up. I’m disabled so still having curbside pickup is super important. Ciera is always a pleasure! I wish you would email out specials, I live an hour away and it would be nice to know when specials begin and end. I ordered online yesterday and several items were no longer on special today. I would suggest if you order and it shows the special that price should be locked in for that order.

Kayla, who works at the front desk is always super kind.
Charlie who works in the back at the desk, is always helpful.

The team always seem to have a great attitude when greeting customers and to me, that is top tier when visiting a shop!

For product and practices its garbage.

Example: raising the price 20% and then claiming theres a 20% discount.

Everyone there is cool, but I waited 40 minutes for a scheduled pick up. Bunch of workers laughing, chatting, bunch of them in back just sitting there. One customer just left as she was sick of waiting. I missed another appointment waiting for my order i placed a day before. So moral of the story, people don’t want to sit for half hour , pick up the pace…

Upon entering Alex was happy to see me and got my guest and I checked in right away. Sadie and Megan both asked about my day and were extremely friendly. JT at the register was super speedy and always makes great conversation during the check out process!

This location is always on something. This is the second time their promo was put wrong on the website since I’ve moved here in June. The first time it was granted. This time I CALLED to make sure it was what the email and website said and the person said it was wrong but to bring the email and they would grant the email. A couple hours later, I go to curbside and the guy that came out had a complete attitude and said they wouldn’t be granting it because it was fixed. I explained that not only did I double check I also called and the guy said it would be granted. He argued with me and said I could come in to talk to a manager. Why do I have to fight for something I already called and waited on hold for 20 minutes for? I will be looking at alternative places in the Saint Cloud area rather than going here. My business isn’t appreciated here and I’m sure yours isn’t either! Go somewhere else!!!

PS: I have also found beaners in two batches, which changes the weight, and it’s always super dry!! You’re basically paying for 3.5 grams and getting 2 worth.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great prices and ever expanding product product lines. Been coming here for 2 years and it just keeps getting better and better.

Love the place. I have been coming to the St. Paul location for 3 years now and have had a great experience everytime. The entire crew is always ready with a smile and willing to help explain something if I have questions and pharmacist consults are quick and easy. Highly recommend.

I've been a patient for a several months now, and since I've been there they have introduced more products and lowered some of their prices. You still pay a premium; I prefer the tangerine carts and at $70 they are not cheap, but to me they are worth it. They do run weekly sales which generally seem to save 20% or so on select products which is nice. In December they're introducing some new vape carts which I'm really looking forward to.

The people are always very welcoming and professional, and from my experience you can get in and out in five or ten minutes if you go during a week day afternoon.

My one criticism, and I know it's not really in their control, is that I once waited for almost an hour (and I heard that others waited far longer) on a Friday before July fourh weekend. Now I totally acknowledge that this situation is an outlier, and rarely happens to that extent, but a lot of people can get a bit perturbed; I know I saw several people walk away. I'm sure you are aware of this, but I wanted you to have this honest feedback.
