This is my go-to store for vape juice and filters. Franklin Smoke Shop has by far the best prices for these items compared to surrounding stores. The store clerks are very friendly and courteous, and the store is always clean and well organized. They also have a pretty decent rewards system in place so I can get a free juice or filter once in a while.

Nas and Derek do an excellent job in making sure my experience at the shop goes smoothly. Great prices, great selection, and a comfortable environment make it very easy for me to stop by after work and classes. Derek was more than happy to answer all my questions regarding product and pricing. They definitely have earned a lifetime customer and with pleasure I will continue to shop here! Also great cigar selection as well, and cheap prices on glass and tobacco. You guys rock!

Nas and Derek are two awesome guys. They're willing to step you through things and answer questions. I've been a repeat customer there for over a year now and I can't see myself going to a different smoke shop anytime soon. It's amazing how in other shops, the employees don't know much about their products and FSS is a nice change of pace. The place might look small, but they're big on selection.

Great staff. I don't know who said they didn't care about customers or thier questions because when I go in I'm clueless as to what I'm looking for and they always voice thier option on what is the best product for both lowest buck and higher. For instance, I went in looking for a dry herb pen and the was told the nest on the market and the best for how much I could afford as well as what each one did and they even went into detail to explain features. I actually got to take a closer look at a few which was pretty cool

Following the change in ownership, the quality of the products and staff have decreased tremendously. Butane is needlessly expensive here. It's convenient to have something local, but it's pretty clear that the staff have very little practical knowledge of what they're selling.

Love seeing how this shop has evolved! There is a new owner & manager. They are steadily taking this smoke shop to the next level. The quality of their inventory has increased, they carry high quality mods & pod systems for the beginning vaper to the most advanced. They even carry the 1st DNA pods system from Lost Vape (which I just bought). The customer service is incredible & they carry a vast array of top line ejuice. Ive been vaping for 5+yrs & they are my GO TO shop for anything vape. Stop on and check them out...i guarantee you won't regret it!
UPDATE: Seeing how my review was two years ago I just wanted to throw a quick update out there. This place just gets better and better the glass they carry has evolved past expectations. They’ve really stepped up their game. They carry cotton for ur RDA, Vapes ( both subohm & Pod) coil’s & some of the most up-to-date best subohm tanks out there! Stop by and check them out tell them I sent u ... u won’t be dissapounted

The older middle eastern man is the most ignorant, rude person I have ever met. He answers the phone rudely. I asked for a price and he says “I’m with costumers everything’s a different price bye” WE are customers too! Even when coming into the shop he is rude. Arrogant. And can’t be bothered with simple questions about the products they sell. Everyone complains about him yet he still works here. This is not about race either I am just describing him because he wears no name tag. I myself am a minority. The other young guy that works on sundays is the sweetest most caring guy who will help you find whatever you need and even explain to you facts about the products you’re buying.
