I went to this shop having never vaped before, hoping that going in to a shop would help me get some good information on vaping. Well, the staff isn't helpful, and they act like they're bothered by y=the presence of customers. Oh well. I bought a mod from them, and the product is a good one, but I went home and checked online for instructions and it turns out they opened the box and removed pieces. The mod was supposed to come with an extra coil and tank, both were missing. Also, their retail markup is in the neighborhood of 100%, so save yourself some money and frustration and buy online. I'm okay with a bit of a hefty markup for convenience, but taking parts from the boxes is a new level of low down dirty.

Guy just rushed me out of there when there was no one else in the shop. Didn't seem to want me there. I spent $53 anyway when I just wanted to walk out. I should have.
They don't have a bar for juice tasting, like the other location I've been to. The attendant offered to let me smell the oils, but said he couldn't mix any of the special or signature flavor profiles without me purchasing them.They were out of the only flavors I knew I preferred. The clerk kept correcting me on my vaping literacy; as if I asked him or gave a damn.
Just an all-around negative experience being there. Sorry I interrupted your lunch break when you had literally nothing else to do, guy.
