Luckys Vape Emporium

I love the employees at the Broadway shop. They are always helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure I leave a satisfied customer. However, as far as the store and the products offered, that has continued to go downhill. It's really a shame to return to this store time after time to not find products I need or want. The employees there do their best to help me with what is available and I know how much they don't want me to leave disappointed. I hope that this store can get back to the standard of providing the same great products as they used to!

Brought in a broken tank, with parts to rebuild. The gentleman rebuilt my tank and was very knowledgeable about my brand. Bought juice and enjoyed the experience.

They make their own juices of which I personally am not fond of.
I feel that it's way to expensive for the quantity or amount verses commercial juices.
Their juices burn much faster as well.
I wish that it was possible for places to carry both for their customers,,,I have simple found out that its much cheaper and you get what you need by shopping online verses having to spend3 tines the amount by going to multiple stores and the jack up in price they put on items are outrageous.
Staff however is knowledgeable and friendly.
But one store may not have what the others do,which does make it a bit of a headache.

I often have questions and have no problem telling when someone is getting impatient and irritated... as was the case in the previous 2 shops I'd been to. The young man who helped me was very polite! Even made a defective purchase right. They're close to me, too! I will be back.

They had some good deals during happy hour but the quality of the product isn't too much to my liking. Very thin concentrated product that burns up very quickly.

Usually has pretty friendly staff and if I'm on a budget I use them.

I had been a moderate smoker for more than 30 years and a friend of mine took me to Big E and we picked out a starter device for under $10. That little cylinder device lasted me for over a year, at which time I purchased a similar device for under $30 which lasted me for the next 2. The same friend recommended I go to Lucky's to purchase my next device. Big E had some unavoidable issues recently and were temporarily unable to obtain product. I needed a new device ASAP so I headed out to Lucky's and purchased a "better device" for $35 on April 7. By June 22 it had developed mechanical problems and since the manufacturer warranty was limited to 30 days, I purchased another new device that day for $50. On July 10, it too was having issues and randomly overheating, BURNING INTO the plastic. I took it back on the 11th of July, and they REFUSED to replace it because it was "still firing". He informed me instead to read the warranty and legal statement posted at the cashier counter. So now I'm stuck with a pricier device that tastes like BURNT PLASTIC. I have retreated to my old Big E device and will stick with them going forward. Go somewhere else for vape supplies. Lucky's vape products, customer satisfaction and people skills are WITHOUT. I am BEYOND DISSATISFIED.

Excellent customer service. They corrected the vg/pg ratio that a competitor was selling us and making our coils burn up daily from their juice. Since changing to Luckys juice at the correct ratio we have not burnt a coil in over 7 days now. Luckys juice is also half the price of the other place plus Luckys has 2 for 1 juice at certian days Thank you Luckys...great job on saving me money!

Horrible customer service. I will never go back to this Luckys or any Luckys ever again. Any time you lie to your customers, it’s a bad thing. And to try and half way make up for me catching them I n the lie, they say I can have 50% a 3rd piece. I just paid full price for 2 pieces that both broke within 2 days of using for its intended purpose, with no compensation. Which the guy told me if it broke within a day or two they would replace it. So I have 2 broken pieces now that I paid for full price, and they want me to spend more money on something that’s due to their cheap craftsmanship/material. I used them because that’s all I had for awhile, that’s why they look more used in the pic, but they both busted after just a few times of heating up. And I did exactly what the employee instructed on how long to heat and where to heat. This happened almost 2 months ago and still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Thanks for nothing Luckys.

Lucky's is my go to spot for my vape necessities. I love how they have a wide selection of flavored juices to choose and customize from. The workers were super helpful with helping my pick out my new tank last time I was there too!

Great place great customer service wouldn't go anywhere else besides here for all my vapes and juice
