I'm pleased with the quality of service but it's important to be prepared to have some patience if your transaction will require special attention. They are very accomodating they just get busy at times and they will get right back to you. Simple transactions timely and always friendly. Also I find the employees as honest as they are helpful. I recommend this business to anyone with these needs.

This place is awesome. I prefer to buy my cigarettes from here but sadly they don't always have them in stock. Just switched to vape and they took the time to show my husband and I how to set up our new vapes and walked us through how to replace parts on them. Love this place.

I screwed up and got 35mg salt nic, was way too strong. They replaced it for me, no receipt needed. Novo 2 was about half the price online though! Overall a very good place to go

A friend told me to try Lucky's. I have been a Big E customer for almost 6 years. I found out that I was been using a very sub par juice. But, not now!!! Lucky's has great juice and I am completely happy. The happy hour is great,too!!

Friendly staff. Decent prices, online will always be cheaper but brick and mortar stores are much needed! Plus they got a decent reward program. Maybe 1 or 2 premium juices, and the house juice isn't for me so not a viable juice stop imo. Tons of coils though! Other items as well; tabacoo, snacks, drinks, cbd, glass, etc. Overall it's a good place!

Came a couple weeks ago, chick mixed the spearmint way wrong. Brought it back to see if they could fix it. They took the full bottle and dispose of it because they're afraid the flavoring was bad but thanks to all sales final don't offer to replace or fix the problem. Basically gave them my money and then took it back for them to throw away. I'd highly suggest going to Puffs magic vape at least they don't screw up the flavors.

Great place to take your business, one of the only shops in the metro area that takes pride in helping its customers and not simply making money and moving to the next. Jake is very knowledgeable and helpful, personally watched him help a older lady who wanted to quit cigarettes, then switch gears and talk high end gear with others while never getting overbearing, finally found my goto shop.

I quit smoking cigarettes last week, I came in to get some info on switching to a vape system to ween myself off nicotine. Brandon and Matthew were EXTREMELY helpful and gave me some great tips for making the transition. Definitely going to be a repeat customer here, highly recommend.
