Lucky's Vape - Harry

Been buying the closeout vapes and haven't had one issue. Went in there to ask about mods. Staff was very knowledgeable and help me find one I really like. Prices are spectacular and they have a great selection of not only vape goods but other items as well. Definitely recommend this place as a regular stop in.

How can a "vape shop" sell cigarettes?! Not a bad place to grab a soda but I will never shop here for vape products. Also in this day and age having a minimum $ amount for card transactions is pretty dumb. I will say though the few times I've been in here the people seem nice enough.

I'm a newbie to vaping, but the staff members were very helpful. They were knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like stupid when I was asking so many questions. Kevin sold me my first couple of vape pens and he was even nice enough to set it up and showed me how to prime the coils. Excellent customer service and friendly staff members. Will definitely shop here again and highly recommend to my friends. ***Did I mention they have an INSANE amount of flavored juices?? I am loving the Optimus Lime and Strawberry Lychee flavors right now :) I started off on the Aspire PockeX vape pen and decided to upgrade to the Smok Stick Prince with the bubble tank (the colorful one pictured). I was bothered at first because the female employee was just unpleasant because I was NOT wearing a mask as I always do. She insisted that I go get it from the car and I did just that. I then walked in and went to the back of the store and asked the very friendly and professional young man to help me with the E-Cig chamber issue that I was helping my buddy with. I'm not sure what I am doing and this young man was knowledgeable, helpful and his communication was on point. He was able to replace the the coil in one of the two chambers that I had brought in. He was quick and professional as he did it. I am TRULY impressed with the customer service skills this young man had because honestly today most his age are just lazy and disrespectful. His parents should be proud and his boss needs to recognize what a blessing this young man is to his business.

I love Lucky's! Great prices, great service by knowledgeable people who always take the time to explain everything (especially when I was a vaping noob)! Very pleased, particularly with Steven. He always helps me with understanding, offering good recommendations, and has been patient every time I talk to him. Thank you! 👍

Awesome customer service, wide assortment of vaping devices and options. Staff are friendly, professional, and most importantly they're happy to make recommendations and give you their reasoning behind each one. They are very knowledgeable, and happy to help you make selections that fit your budget and your wants. Hands down the best vape shop I've experienced!

Jake and Cameron were literally the most helpful employees I’ve ever encountered. They answered all of my questions and are very knowledgeable of exactly what their selling. Customer service is a 10 w/ them, without a doubt this location is a 5 star worthy!!!

Have dealt with some frustrations due to the lack of consistency throughout all of the stores for things like policy’s or sale days & times (bc of different owners is what I’m always told) so make sure to inquire about the specific location & questions.. Aside from that, the employees at this store who helped me were very nice, helpful & welcoming!! 👍👍

I think there may be new employees so I have to change my review. The atmosphere was always friendly and upbeat and now it feels like you're buying cigarettes in prison. No one smiles or is friendly. Sad transition.
