I will no longer come to this location. I buy Yocan coils and vape pens every week, for a year, from this location. However the pen I purchased just 5 days ago no longer works. I called 2/4/23 at 3:30 pm and asked to speak to management and the employee was rude. She told me management doesn't speak with customers or handle any faulty equipment no matter how long I've been a customer. She refused to give my number to a manager to call me back. The smoke tokez in Shawnee and KC have always provided excellent customer service to me. I am ashamed of the service I received at the Lawrence location. Never again. If your employee doesn't like her job she should quit.

I normally give this a 5 star as this is where I always shop for my items. I called today December 2nd at 8:59 in the morning and a lady told me that they didn't sell something that I knew they did . She was very short with me and very rude . I asked her if she could tell me if they had a product before I drove an hour to get there and she told me I had to call back when they opened so she told me I had to hang up and call back in one minute. I'm done. I will shop elsewhere. I spend atleast $300 a month at this place. But will spend my money elsewhere. This women does not need to be working with people. I have never ran into or been spoken so rudly by anyone who was selling items before.
