Prices are not too shabby just I got some things there that I wasn't too happy with because of the manufacturer not them. They tried to help as much as possible and are the friendliest bunch of people. The only reason why it is 3 star's is the manufacturer screw up otherwise they deserve 4 1/2 star's 😁

Today November 6 5:45pm whoever your male employee working during that period needs training how to approach a deaf customer properly without having to approach with a negative vibe. I understand that one customer dont make any difference since the store is busy anyway but ill never spend my money on this place again after being turned off and didn’t understand that i do not understand him with mask on communication barrier gave me a mask with a nasty approach i walked out in a heartbeat

Staff is for the most part very pleasant. Most of them have a good amount of knowledge about the smoking "utensils" that they have for sale. ms renee is of course my fav familiar smile. Tobacco products are the best priced in town that I have personally found (which I would expect in a tobacco store). The gaming section is nice, well maintained, serving free drinks with play, oh and yes, a mask is definitely required in this section which they will provide, if and only if you are playing machines. If your wanting to use the restroom either have a mask with you or plan on pretending that you are going to throw a few bucks in bc one will not be given if you tell them that you need it simply to go potty! As far as the entire store goes it is very clean, overall customer service is on point, their hours of operation are great, 5 or 6 am to 1am. Their glass smoking selection has immensely improved over the last year. And the drawing, based off of your receipt number that is held every Tuesday is definitely an added perk. Now... If only I could win that 500 jackpot at least once!
