Normally the girls that work here are fairly nice. Today on 5 Sept 22 Labor Day a girl that worked in the afternoon at 4:pm was extremely rude. I walked in and she was sitting down on the floor and when I said hi she gave me a death stare and didnโt respond back. I then asked for some GeekVape Pods and she just kept rudely asking me which one and kept playing on her phone. When I pointed out the ones that I wanted, she made it seem like it was the biggest burden sheโs ever had by grabbing it for me.

Usually my experience is fine here. Today was different the guy working the desk had a very aggressive tone before I even spoke to him which was jarring after talking to the nice female employee. He aggressively asked for my ID which I already had out and then proceeded to take my card and after the cash register opened he slammed it aggressively and asked if I needed a receipt and I said yes incase the vape doesnโt workโฆ because I know the receipts are time stamped. He said you know you donโt need a receipt for that right? and then he began helping the customer behind me and I explained I didnโt know that but I know that thereโs a proof of purchase and time stamp on there. He said you have 10 minutes to come back you donโt need a receipt and rolled his eyes. He proceeded to help the customer behind me and I asked again for my receipt and he kept slamming the cash register closed dramatically every time it opened. Very uncomfortable experience and the worst experience I had here but the comfort with which he delivered his tone told me it likely wasnโt the first time. Anyway I hope that doesnโt happen to anyone again.
