If it isn't Lucky working, I don't even enjoy coming into Free Smoke Vape, She's what makes this business a business. Everyone needs a ♡Lucky 🍀 because she always has great
recommendations too & sets the Aura for this smoke shop. Works late afternoon 3pm till close mostly. I personally don't care for dealing with the Spanish guy with long hair. He's never enthusiastic & it shows too, I really don't like it when he's working.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION I bought 3 vapes from this location one of the three vapes they sold me turned out to be a dud I came the next day and spoke to the same woman who sold me the vapes and told her my predicament it’s happened before at the Indian trail exit and they had no problem replacing my defective vape given how much I spent (over $80) she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t do exchanges and will sell me another one. I’ve been a long time customer of this business but I’m just going to start making that extra trip to the Indian trail location or just go to Xhale city all together because what ever happened to customer loyalty..

Alex is not a happy person and now, That LUCKY hasn't been here, I'm having to do business at this location is not and will not be my Go to Vape Shop... I have refered many friends and Alex is Lazy & has terrible customer service skills. I have been using this Vape shop for 1 year & Lucky was the best at sales and Now I'm sure their sales are down. Nobody wants to deal with tired and unhelpful people, i bought a Hyde Vape & It Was DEFECTIVE...It's not that I don't like it. It's DEFECTIVE...It takes like pure Gas ⛽ Chemical Taste ...just after i vaped. I don't recommend coming here. There's other places probably that their sales people will make your visit more pleasant It went from 5 ⭐Stars to 2⭐'s ...DEMAND FOR LUCKY 💕💕
