Great staff to say the very least. Very helpful and knowledgeable people behind the counter.. and today there was a BEAUTIFUL, taken young woman who guided me toward a juice she liked and happens to be my new favorite. Didn't get your name, but thank you! (Woman in white with a promise ring)😂

They offered a promotion on 4/20 that all products in the store were buy one / get one free.
After waiting in line for a VERY long time and having had picked out the items with one of the owners, I get to the register and they inform me that “everything” didn’t include any of the things that I was buying. I only got 30% off.
The owner/district manager who claimed to be one of the owners just shrugged her shoulders and refused to honor the promotion.
I do everything I possibly can to avoid going to Xhale City. They carry the products that I vape, yet they are out of stock on the refill pods more than they are in stock.

Good selection and semi knowledgeable staff. Having said that this place has a ton of issues. UNDERSTAFFED!! It’s literally hell most of the time trying to get in and out, the staff blabbering on with customers while a line forms is unbearable most of the time. Also they are more then willing to sell you the wrong product, tank glass or anything else and then not exchange it. Total BS return policy.

Shout out to Jo, who took great care of me. I had bought some batteries and other vapes other places and he put me on to what I have been needing and I couldn’t be happier. I always go back to places who know how to treat their customers and he definitely exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back to see Jo for future needs!!

I have been in here 4 times and they are always out of what I need. Today my 4th time I was standing in line. The person 2 people ahead of me in line asked if they had something and got the response that they were out of it. Next person in line also asked if they had something and they were told they were out. I then asked if they had an item, and of course they were out.
Whoever does the ordering and fulfillment of this establishment does a truly horrible job. This has been my 4th time in here with each time them being out of what I needed. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

I'm not sure we caught her name but it was the woman with blue hair working Friday night. She was awesome helped us find everything we needed. Then today the new tank I had just bought for my smok was leaking and she was on it to get me a new tank and even cleaned and checked my coil for me. I will be returning thank yall so much wonderful store, employees, and atmosphere.
