I’ve always loved the staff here which is why I continue to come back to this location several times a week over the past year. 4 days ago I told a staff member I was tired of leaky pods & was recommended the caliburn vape due to it being “leak proof”. I spent $50+ & both pods leaked on first use so bad that the entire inside of the device was full of juice, so I obviously couldn’t use the vape. Apparently defective pods is a common problem with Caliburn. Extremely disappointed when I went in tonight to ask for replacement pods in exchange for the defective ones but was told I had to purchase new pods myself. Feels like I’ve been ripped off by spending $50+ for everything I needed but now an additional $18 on pods to replace the defective ones & was told “sorry good luck” basically. I haven’t even gotten to enjoy my item that is now costing me $70+. I don’t think I can justify shopping here anymore after this highly disappointing experience. It seems like any future purchases that involve defective items will be the customer’s responsibility to fork up more money which isn’t right.

Jo was one of the most caring, knowledgeable employees I have ever dealt with! He took his time, explained everything, and was very patient. Amazing experience here. Will definitely be coming back. Used to go to the canton road store but have since switched here, it’s out of my way but I make it a point to come to this location. They always have what I need and all the girls there are extremely friendly and helpful. Customer service is great, never once had a bad experience at this location. One of the best!

WOW! What an awesome surprise. From Florida up here working & ran out of Kratom & e-juice. This place is great! The young man behind the counter (I think Jonathan B) on 4/14/19 at 1:30 pm needs a pay bump. This guy was super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. He's a true salesman. Y'all better hang on to this dude. Very nice store with an awesome inventory. Everything a smoke shop should be with friendly employees. Will definitely return on my next visit to Windy Hill area.
