I love this store! Every time I go through the doors I’m greeted with a smile, I get help right away. They have a wide verity of cbd products to choose from and plenty of options to smoke it. They are very knowledgeable and don’t make you feel like your stupid for asking questions. I 200% suggest you check out cloud9.

This place used to be my go to but not anymore. I dont know if they changed staff but the inventory is getting smaller and smaller. There’s “construction” so no one can walk into the back part so the guy had to yell the flavors of the vape juice to me. It was ridiculous. Not to mention guy that helped me seemed like I was an inconvenience. Last time here sadly...

I normally don’t write reviews but I had a really awesome experience at the cloud 9 on Windy Hill today. First off they have the best selection of dab accessories I was like a kid at a candy store. Their prices weren’t the cheapest but the quality of the quartz bangers that I purchased was well worth the price plus they gave me a discount. I highly recommend Cloud 9 smoke shop 🤘🏽🙌🏽

Mark was amazing. Was looking for a piece to fix my hookah. I went to 5 other stores, and everyone told me that I would need to purchase a new hookah. Mark looked at it and found that the piece I needed was just screwed to another piece, and all I needed to do was attach it back to the base. Mark saved me having to purchase a new hookah! Thank you Mark!
