Bad customer service DO NOT BUY YOUR VAPES HERE!!! I believe they repackage them. I bought 2 vapes at once went to my vehicle and they would not work. One was dirty inside and bottom was scratched. I had bought before and had the same issue, figured it was just a bad vape by manufacturer. However this would be the 4th total that has not worked. So I immediately returned into store this time and the man said let me charge it. That leads me to believe this happens quite often and they seal them back up after use. Either way this is the 4th one that has not worked and at $21.99 a piece. DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!!

I rated half because its too too Big of products to view from.. the site is huge which is great in selecting but no one wants to spend 20 minutes looking before selecting its so huge.. and only 2 workers and they do have customers so you'll be waiting as you may forget what you need cause it's so huge..

Literally the only smoke/vape shop I will ever visit again. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is so chill and inviting. I tell everyone who asks me where I go to get my awesome character throws, hoodies, and backpacks: “Xhale City my friend”

If you’re looking for something smoke wise, they will have it. Been searching all over for Cali Vibes and this was the first store to have all of them in stock. Customer service was excellent, very kind and funny. I’m from out of town, whenever I visit this will be my smoke shop to go to.
