Justin “the manager” has the WORST customer service ever. Refused two sales because of the way I parked my car in the lot??? Stating I was in the road when I wasn’t even blocking anything. He couldn’t even ask nicely, came straight out with the biggest attitude. Immediately ignoring my friend and I in the shop once another customer came in. Seriously can’t believe his choice of words when you’re supposed to be running a business. This shop has lost two customers due to Justin’s actions.

This smoke shop is amazing, the best in the Orlando area! Between the large variety of innovatory and the excellent customer service this place has it all. Have to say, it is one of the nicest shops we have in Orlando! Large selection and good deals! The staff actually has knowledge about their stock! It is a classy shop unlike most of the other "sketchy" places we have in town. Nice vibe, clean store, gotta give 5 stars! Keep on rockin!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve been shopping here for a while for my vaping needs. I recently bought a defective tank from them and the manager was very understanding/rectified the issue and I left the store satisfied. Long term customer/regular for sure!

I go into the store knowing exactly what I was there to purchase. One of three clerks comes over to help me, no other customers are there. I take him to the counter where the desired item is and I tell him that that is what I wish to purchase. I then ask a price question about a different item. When he couldn't find the price, he offers to go onto a computer to look up the price. That is when I tell him, "dont worry about it, I am kinda in a hurry". In walks another customer as we walk over to the register. The other customer asks one of the other employees there a question about a pod device. The clerk that was "helping" me then decided that my purchase was no longer important and places the item down even though I had my card out ready to swipe. The other customer continues to ask a bunch of questions while i am ignored. It took quite a few minutes until one of the other clerks decided to ring me up. I had half a mind to just walk out, but I drove a distance on limited time so I made the purchase. This is the last time I will ever support this store. The customer service was garbage. I would never treat a customer like that. There were three clerks that I could see, and if someone else has some questions, the clerk that was unoccupied could have answered this person's questions. Terrible service, and frankly a bit insulting.

$4 for a pint of IPA is outrageous, especially when it was $2.69 just two weeks ago. Also, if you thought the response "Go to Walgreens, then." was supposed to incite me to make the purchase or even come back and entertain this shop's existence, then you're as crazy as that price.
I guess the old man and daughter sold the place and moved on to greener pastures. It's been a different vibe ever since those white boys took over. No greeting upon entering, no product recommendations, empty responses to questions about product knowledge.
Oh well, life goes on as do I.
