I love this place. Been coming here for about 4 years now off and on..I try other shops but always end up coming back. The prices aren't outrageous and they usually always have whatever I need. Not to mention.. they stay open till 10 or later and they're open on Sundays. And the customer service is always awesome and knowledgeable. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

Nice selection of juices at the best prices around. Would give 5 stars if they carried my coils (falcon), but they do seem to have wide variety of others and carry most smok and aspire coils. One of the best vape shops I've found in the area.
Edit: edited to five stars. The owner is very responsive to customers wants/needs. After mentioning that they didn't have my coils, on my next stop in they had them in stock! Definitely stop in and give them a try. I'm sure they'll have what your looking for, and if not, let them know and I'm sure they'll make their best effort to have it for you next time. Great customer service and awesome selection!

BAT Vapor is the best vape shop you'll find in Pensacola. The service is the best I've experienced at any of the local vape shops, the staff is knowledgeable, they take time to help you shop, educate you, and try their large selection of ejuices. Never have felt rushed or like an inconvenience as a customer. Staff members James and Leslie are super nice, super patient, and they know their stuff. Prices are most affordable in town, with a wide selection of both house blends and the most quality brands in a wide range of nicotine levels from 0mg and up, including some lines that carry 1.5mg, which is awesome! Try this shop. You will not be disappointed!!!

Went in late on a Saturday night. (YP is wrong about the closing time, it closes at midnight). Guy behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I usually don't ever expect this type of help given my experience with vape stores in the past. The guy took his time to explain answers about every juice I inquired about. The prices are unbeatable and if I were to lounge and vape, I would certainly hang out and play some pool. Cheers Josh, thanks for your above and beyond customer service.

Didn't know a heck of a lot before coming in last Friday night but the guy who was working there was real chill and explained everything about tanks, kits, drippers, etc. Really helpful, and really decent prices. 10/10 Actually would recommend to friends locally for the selection and quality + the rare down-to-earth employees. Has a pretty good selection of premium juices, employees are friendly..however, they are very expensive overall. Expect to be charged double on tanks and mods. The last time I called was about 2 weeks after the original Cleito came out. It was a 20-23$ tank, he was charging 40$. Look, I understand you're a business, you have to make money, but when you're doubling the MSRP on folks, that's robbery.

I searched for the best vape shop in Pensacola.. Bat came up with great reviews. I took my vape pen in and the guy said he didn't know anything about it.. Looked at it like it was a foreign object ... He was not knowledgeable at all.. like he had never seen a vape pen in his life. He basically brushed me off and told me I would have to go elsewhere... So I did and spent $100 at another vape shop around the corner which I have written an excellent review on.
