Was Eradicated
Before this place was outstanding, a young man named Daniel would always help me. Would always go out of his way to help his customers when I was there trying to buy my product. Now every time I go in there it seems like they don't want to help people in there I also heard they fired him for bad customer service when he in fact had the best customer service. Other than that the products here are the same cliche vape store products you can get in any PCB vape store. Which is good just a lack of customer service is bad.

I will not buy anymore products from this store I bought a vape pen I get only 3 days out of very little usage and quit working won’t charge and I pulled as hard as I can to make sure it wasn’t gummed up I try get them to exchange it or a credit towards something the employee had no interest in helping she admitted she has little knowledge about refused to call the owner saying she not gonna call him to come back during the day time how hard is it to get me taken care of even my parents treat there customers when there is a problem these people don’t and my other gripe to is their customer loyalty number can’t be accessed at all 3 locations only the one you went to so if you wanna get smoking products go elsewhere until the owner makes this right I will be going else where

They have lots of product and are super friendly. Helped us pick out things and had no problem answering our questions. The place looks awesome with lots of nifty items. Most definitely my new favorite smoke shop, can’t wait to stop by the in town location

First experience here will be our last. Sitting at Just Jump with the all the kids when my friend says she’s finally ready to quit cigarettes after 25 years! I’m stoked. We head over to Puff n Play next door, and I sent her in to ask specifically for a Novo X because it’s refillable, she can choose her nicotine level and taper down, and they’re actually a quality little pod mod. She comes out front with a disposable, berry-flavored Nic salts deal and shows me the box. We go right back into the store and I explain to the fellow that this isn’t what she’s wanting. I said she wants something refillable which was why she asked for the Novo. He said ‘We don’t do refunds’. I said ‘I understand that, but this is her first time ever in a vape store, she doesn’t know anything about anything, she asked for a refillable pod system and you hand her this disposable Nic salt pen, which you know isn’t a refillable pod system. It hasn’t even been 2 minutes since you swiped her card, can you make an exception?
He comes back with ‘We don’t do refunds. She asked for something disposable’.
My friend interjects and let him know she didn’t ask for disposable, she asked for refillable. He comes back one last time with ‘Well, either way we don’t to refunds’…
So, if you’re new to vape devices, if you’re thinking about quitting tobacco, if you need to be listened to and assisted, I wouldn’t recommend this store. Head to place where people are willing to help you. Starting out vaping is confusing and you need people in your corner.

Also, Tried 4 other shops, 2 didn’t actually exist, and the other one was closed on Sunday.

I went in not knowing much for cbd pain gummies. I was greated by manager who was very informative. Knew everything about all that was in her store. That's the first for me. Most are there for paycheck and know nada.
