Azeus Smoke & Vape/Cigars

Great selection of cigars and hookah products at some of the best prices I have seen around town. However, that alone is not why I rated this 5 stars. The secret to this stores success is the owner and the exceptional customer experience he consistently provides on every visit. Freddie immediately impressed me by how he takes the time to get to know his customers. On my 2nd visit to the store he remembered me by name, this is customer service that rarely exists these days. I highly recommend for you to stop by and check it out for yourselves.

After noticing the sign on the front window thanking our service members, i walked in to be greeted like family. I expected a 2 minute visit because i knew exactly what i was there to buy but ended up taking 20 minutes to scan the huge selection Freddy offers. After asking questions about the quality of the glass he sells, he pulled out his phone and showed me a video of himself dropping one of his products on a concrete slab and it didn't break!

In summary:
The prices, selection, cleanliness, customer service, and pride that Freddy takes in his business is why i’ll never visit another smoke shop other than Azeus in Middleburg.

As a constant patron of the road, through business and pleasure, I have consistently returned to this shop whenever in the area. The atmosphere, the products, the knowledgable staff should be the precedent for all shops across the country. 10 stars would not be enough measure to exude my gratitude and appreciation for the staff and for this shop.

Freddy is very professional with service and educated on his products. I greatly appreciate his service and this is my new vape store. I implore you to visit this store before others if you want a truly enjoyable and memorable time. Outstanding service with match quality.

The young guy that checked me out was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped put together my vape and made sure everything was working before I left. 10/10 would recommend.

UPDATE! After seeing my review, Freddy from here contacted me and not only apologized but also corrected the error… even after all this time! I appreciate him going out of his was to contact me and correct this mistake! Thanks again for fixing this!

Bought a vape that didn’t work. I called and talked to a younger guy and he told me to come in next day. Went in next day and the older gentleman called me liar about calling, even after I told him who I spoke to. He literally told me that, that young man wasn’t here the day before, he was. Now mind you.... this was the first time I had ever been in here, so how can I describe your employees.... he refused to replace the vape or give a refund.

Knowledgeable staff, owner is very fast to respond to any questions and the store is well stocked! Prices are reasonable, give it a shot if you haven't.

A great experience every time I go in. Honest sales, not worried about bashing competition like other places (I hate hearing that in retail). They guide me with explanation only if I want it. Even over heard how they go out of their way to personally pick up the tobacco so it can be kept moist. Who else will do that? Keep it up guys. Thanks for taking good care of Middleburg.

The guy was extremely nice and upbeat he knew his products and was a huge help, i even had to go back to add to purchase and he was more than happy to help, i truly could not of asked for a better experience i highly recommend for any of your smoke and vape needs

I shop at places because of the people and this place has great staff who are not just friendly but they know their products and their customers. It's always clean and I'm remembered every time i go inin matter how long it's been between visits. Great place.
