Great place to go the Owner & Employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful very nice customer service will answer all questions and give you their full attention not act like you are a bother. When i was waiting for the Smok TV12 Prince Pen to hit the market these guys were great about letting me know when and the day it will be in I asked for it in purple and the day he promised they would be in he fulfilled that promise and had me one in purple these gentlemen have never steered me wrong and have been great which is something good to have the support you need ( time and knowledge from staff) when trying to quit smoking ciggs and do so by successfully vaping cause its easy to give up and go back to ciggs if your not getting the proper support. Its not all about making a quick sale and pushing you out the door with these gentlemen not to mention they run good deals from vape juice to coils & devices example i can get 5 pack of coils for less then $15.00 (on sale) when every place ive gone they want $20-25 for 5 pack or $6.00 a piece they offer a reward and point program which is also cool so when spending money your getting something back in return to look forward to for futher savings in future they also randomly just send me points or a deal as as thank you for your previous business. Check out these gentleman they have 2 locations i discovered them at their first location on phillips then followed them to 2nd location as its closer to home. my mother went up there after buying a vape juice and it was the wrong flavor, the guy proceeded to tell her that the seal was broken (which it was not) and then had an attitude when my mother requested a exchange, then proceeded to say they don’t do returns after she had already said she didn’t want a return just an exchange. don’t buy from here the workers are rude and disrespectful and they don’t take care of there customers!! This is not the first time my family members had a problem at this smoke shop. Do better.

I stopped in while visiting some family in town, to pick something up for my sisters birthday that’s this week. Having not a single clue what I was looking at, Kyle helped me make a selection and even offered to set it up for me. Awesome guy! It’s really great that there’s a place who hires knowledgeable people of their products!
