This place has a variety of brands and flavor vapes, very clean and welcoming store. Both associates working at the time immediately greeted me with smiles. I am new to vaping but knew what brand I wanted just unsure of what flavor I wanted to try next and honestly a little afraid to change up the flavor I had been using but the young man who was helping me was very patient and helpful making suggestions so I ended up getting both flavors he suggested and I'm glad I did I was definitely not disappointed. He also suggested I open it and try it before leaving something I didn't even think to do so I really appreciated that. I just moved here and this was my 3rd vape shop I've been too and never got the amazing customer service at the other 2 as I did here so I've definitely found my place and love that they have a loyalty rewards program! I love this smoke shop, they have everything I am looking for in Kratom (OPMS) and vape juice (Finest)
They do have a point system that rewards you with all kinds of discounts and what not. I save mine for $75 off my purchase @ 1500 points with the points coming from each dollar you spend. They have multiple locations around Jax so that's cool. The employees are always helpful. Hanna specially has always been a help sharing her knowledge and opinion while we're choosing products. She's our favorite hands down. So yeah overall it's a 5 star experience for sure.
