Their fume vapes are fake. I just had issues with one and called in about a replacement but they said they couldn't do anything about it. Supposedly they're authorized retailers for fume so I'm guessing they buy a few real ones but the rest are fake. Tried registering both the ones I picked up on fume's website and it said both of them aren't genuine products.

Bought 2 sets of batteries here one set works fine the other set one of the batteries aren't matching the other and isn't charging at all. I think no biggie I can just get it exchanged. Long story short I was sold a defective product and offered no exchange or refund but offered half off another battery because that's their "policy" so now I'm out 20 bucks thanks Lil Buddah 👍

I found this awesome place through a friend . As we arrived the shop was closing, Omar opened up the doors and made sure to helped us find what we were looking for without turning us away! I called the store to check if they had 1.4 ohm pods they confirm that they did upon arrival to the store the rude man at the desk refused to sell me a whole pack instead for me to buy them individually with my disappointed purchase I walk away get to my car open the box to find out that one of the pods were missing which means he made me pay for three when I only got two ON TOP of that they weren’t even the type I asked for. One of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had on top of that I was lied to about the product and couldn’t return them because the box was open even though the box I was sold had a missing pod inside which means it was opened prior. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND LIES

I work in the industry and the prices at this place are three times the actual cost of the item. Glass papers accessories vapes especially vapes are way over priced. Large mag kits are $150 when you can get them at 41 smoke shop for $100. Ask the manager what he pays for stuff and you’ll be asking yourself why you’re coming to his shop if he’s charging so much. Thought I’d bring that to everyone’s attention

OUTSTANDING service!! super helpful salesman, will point you in the right direction of products, assist you in setting up your vape, explain how (in detail) it works & which might be best for you, I've come back in for follow up instructions when I've gotten confused (yup, it happens) or for new seals, etc. & he couldn't be kinder or more helpful. their supply is varied & he's always friendly & available. THIS is THE place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I bought 2 glass rigs there and as soon as I unwrapped my rig the top piece came directly off and my second rig all I did was heat up my nail and the glass cracked. He gave me a deal on 2 rigs but there glass is cheap and horribly made. A few other rigs had a lot of imperfections in the glass so make sure you check you glass thoroughly😓

Condescending staff and no regard for customer satisfaction. Refused to take responsibility for bad/faulty merchandise I brought back within 24 hours of sale. Won’t be giving them business any longer.
