Fui a comprar un cigarro electrónico y resulta que cuando lo abro y lo pruebo no funcionaba y en ese lugar dicen ellos que la política del lugar es que no hay devolución de los productos ósea que aunque no sirva el producto el cliente se queda sin cigarro y sin dinero que lo único posible es que tenia que comprar dos por el precio de uno es una falta de respeto, así que ojo revisen todos los productos para que no les suceda lo que me sucedió

Es el peor servicio al cliente que he visto en demasiados años , el que me atendió por tratar de lucirse con su compañera de trabajo más que con ayudar a un cliente , jamás intento ayudarme y somos 3 personas las afectadas para que tengas en cuenta si fue mi esposa la que compro el artículo para mostrármelo y solo lo use dos veces y no había podido llevarlo , pero jamás quiso ayudarme en lo absoluto , no necesito volverme un spam , expreso la verdad para prevenir a los que vayan a comprar ahí
