So I went into the shop today and was helped by an amazing young man named Brian. He was knowledgeable and helpful and actually suggested I buy a better brand than I had come in for. Ultimately costing less money. The flavors he recommended are wonderful. I will be going back

It was a quick in and out experience with super friendly and helpful staff. Had Devon help me out with buying a new vape, after having lost mine, and recommended a similar one, that uses the same coils, at a lower price. I would've hated to have to buy a new one with new coils, having just purchased a new pack of them for my previous one. I definitely recommend this shop to beginners and experienced users alike.

When I first called the shop, I was helped by Johnathan. He was nice enough, but the conversation felt somewhat one sided. I had questions/concerns, and I felt like they were not addressed.
I texted the store manager/owner Justin. Within 15 mins, Johnathan gave me a call back, apologized for my concerns not being addressed and helped me to answer all my questions and look into a new device.
Its not everyday that you get this level of service from a company. I'll be a return customer from this experience, and will recommend 1st Wave Vapor to my friends and family as well. 10/10!
