This shop is one of the nicest vape store around. Most of the sales people know their stuff & can really help you out. I was there last week as I had Dropped my vape & it broke. Kenny was working. He is the epitome of customer service!! He chatted with me about the different brands & took close to an hour & fixed my vape. He couldn't have been nicer. He knew every item in that store, how it worked, battery life...you name it. I got quite an education. I've been vaping for about 5 years& just learned how to vape the proper way.

I went in there recently and the employee was showing me and a friend some different juices. After we selected which one we wanted, we paid and left. I got in my car and realized the guy gave me the wrong nicotine level and went back inside to switch them out. The employee proceeded to tell me we somehow stole the juice because he couldn’t find it and had just thrown a box out. I told him he could check my purse, my car, my pockets. I have no reason to steal.. he kept saying he swore he gave it to us and that we must have taken it. We even told him he should check his cameras.. the guy was super rude and saying he was right. We will NOT be going back to this location again. Horrible customer service

I have tried everything to quit smoking. It wasn't until I talked to Amy that I actually had any success not only did she sell me a great product but answered every question I had clearly but was extremely patient with all my questions and super nice and friendly. I was a little bit overwhelmed by all the great selections they had their but Amy help me choose the product that was right for me and the Juno was it. Thank you Amy for all your help.

Ashton is amazing! So helpful and professional. Love the cool hang out vibe of this place. You can play pool, video games or just sit on the comfy sofa, vape and talk shop! Want to drink? It's next door to Muddy Waters!! Doesn't get better than this folks!!

Every visit Brian takes time/patience to answer all my questions. Great place, fully stocked and very friendly.

worst smoke shop. before i bought the stig the guy literally said to me that he would replace it if it didn’t work. the battery light flashes on the first drag meaning the thing is busted and dude refuses to pay for it. now i write a bad review on multiple sites and dispute the charge with my bank tomorrow. left the product there and didn’t sign for it, no sale. also employee tried to sell me overpriced buds.

Great service. Called before I went in and got a straight up, informative and enthusiastic answer to my questions. Devin was very knowledgeable. Bolted down there and was greeted upon entering the store even though he was cashing out a customer. Ended up buying more than I planned on. No regrets. My new stop for all my vapor needs.
