I've been coming to this shop for 3 years now simply because this is the BEST vape shop in the DMV area! I've referred so many people and not one complaint. 1) They always open on time or earlier; 2) It's sad that people like you aren't satisfied with their careers/accomplishments so you put others down for satisfaction. Don't worry, I'm all about helping people and I know a good therapist you can go to :) you're welcome; 3) I was NEVER asked to write a review and I've witnessed people writing reviews simply because service is beyond exceptional; 4) Are you sure you weren't under the influence of alcohol or other substances when you walked in because the store is far from dark. It's a vape shop, people don't smoke cigarettes there (1st red flag on your intelligence); 5) I highly doubt anyone gave you "dirty" looks because again customer service is beyond exceptional. oh and general info, women don't think dirty looks are creepy hence USUALLY dirty looks are more so confrontational. (2nd red flag on your intelligence); 6) They have a huge selection so I'm not sure what you were looking at but I also know of an excellent optometrist I can refer you to; 7) How can you have fake glass? Whatever your on, please share! They carry glass from low, medium, to high quality. Not everyone can afford a Bentley; 8) Writing bad reviews for busineses that actually have an excellent reputation sounds like a great profession for an individual whose IQ level is below 20 so I completely understand....May God be with you.

Went here at 11am and they were open on time! What a relief when you are out of juice in the morning! Great service from the guys working here. Friendly and great prices as well as a great selection of papers and glass!

This is by far the best vape shop in DC. Sam, Eddie, and Fadi are very knowledgable on all topics surrounding the benefits of CBD and on vaping. They don't try to push products like a lot of vape shops do in DC and instead try to understand your needs and give suggestions on the best products to fill those needs. Their prices are also very affordable, and they frequently do sells which I became aware of looking on their Instagram and Facebook page. Needless to say, they provide top-notch customer service and do their best to resolve any issues that come up. This shop also offers an excellent environment to decompress during lunch breaks, which is great because I work nearby if you are looking for anything, CBD or vape related I would highly recommend stopping by!

Joel Santos, I have been coming to m st glass for 2 years and have been treated with the upmost respect . Never ever smelled cigarettes and have been a customer that for years. The guys are awesome and never asked me for a review . I bought a lot of glass from them and refered all my friends. I continue to come back. And to stay it is tingly is far from the truth.

Customer service excellent! Personable and engaging staff, very helpful for 1st time vapors. Also great selection of vape juices. Highly recommended. (And very nice glass!)

This is actually the first review I’ve ever felt the need to post. The owner was so kind and helpful! He helped me find just what I was looking for and needed! I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs vape/glass in the DC area.

M Street Glass is absolutely fantastic! I've been three times in less than two weeks, absolutely had to put up a review after this last trip. I'm relatively new to vaping and my intent on the first visit was to "window shop" and get a feel for their prices and product offerings. I've been getting a lot of advice from friends who vape, and was pretty sure that a vape shop in downtown D.C. would be expensive. Not the case at all! The prices lined up with what my friends told me to expect to pay.

The shop is run by three brothers, who have been super friendly, cool, and helpful. The best thing the brother Sam did on my visit was NOT let me buy a large, full powered vape mod. I had told him I was new to the Vape World, wanted to try it out, he showed me ALL the options like I requested, but recommended and set me up with a Minifit and salt juice. After purchase we sat down at this huge wooden table thing that they have in the back of the shop and he showed me everything I needed to know about using it. I loved the experience and my little vape piece! So I went back a few days later for a battery and cbd oil, bc I wanted to try that out as well. His brother Freddie was there to help me that time. Third visit was bc I lost my Minifit :-( it's conveniently small, and pleasantly powerful, but easy to lose unless you're careful. Being in Laurel, I looked up shops in that area but ultimately made the trip to D.C. bc I'd just been so pleased with my previous experiences, and the overall vibe at the store. Sam had a new mini vape thing for me to try, and bc of the circumstance knocked a few bucks off the price of the new vape kit. I didn't ask, he just did it. Stand up move, man.
