Such a good place the reviews must feel fake but I promise they are real. It feels like a smaller town smokeshop with the selection of a big city shop.. Best smoke shop in dtla. So nice. I wish i new about this place. This is now my regular spot.

these people are incredibly chill and would love to give some tips n tricks that they personally find useful, not based on pushing numbers. I asked for tons of prices multiple times and I did not feel any pressure to spend more or tell them that I am abiding by a budget. Pricing is typical

I was super excited to check these guys out, but Sophie Not only was our lack of knowledge disappointing which I'm okay with it because not everybody knows everything that has to do with smoke devices, but thanks for lack of knowledge anytime I try to explaining anything to them they would get mad and respond in an unkind manner, I'm sorry that you are not used to people talking to you with knowledgeable words I'm sorry that you don't have the patience to have customer service in a customer service job
