Walk up to the door at 11:29 PM and asked if she had the single butanes. She had no idea what I was talking about & when I explained it to her she said no so I asked her what the cheapest butane they carried was. Tge price was waaay above what we expected so I told her I needed to check with my buddies who were chillin right out on their steps. She informed me very briskly that I needed to hurry up because they were closing! So I mean I guess the hours are wrong, A, & B, Not really sure what the attitude was towards but definitely not welcomed. Especially after My friends & I had already hit up 3 other stores walking all through downtown LA Because we all were dead broke & we all needed to smoke. So the major let down plus no smoke. .grrrr. 🤬🤪

They have a very good selection on everything you need. But when you’re treated arrogantly and like a complete know-it-all even about the smallest things you regret coming here. The person who helped me was probably the owner so I don’t think this review will change much. Other than the attitude its a good shop

The guy that helped us his name it Stone. Super cool friendly guy made us feel extremely welcome and guided us to exactly what we want. We will definitely be back 100 percent. Very great experience and wonderful customer service

Great selection of vaping and smoking goods but poor prioritization of customer service! Bought a set of pods without realizing they were the wrong model and incompatible with my device. Went back immediately just to be told “we don’t accept exchanges on pods once they leave the store” (in a quite snarky condescending tone totally uncalled for). While I can totally understand the policy to avoid scams and fakes, I was a little flabbergasted at the fact that they were willing to lose a local, frequent customer (I’ve spent at least $700 hundred $$ since I moved in the building next door) for $15 (the cost of the pods).

I personally was not going to make a big deal for $15 so I just said “we’ll, thanks I guess” but in my mind, as a business developer focused in user experience and CX I know for a fact that a blanket implementation of such policies will almost invariably have a negative effect in loyalty building and ultimately their bottom line.

Wish them well but I’ll be taking my business somewhere else and if you value your customer experience as something more than just $15 then you should probably do the same!

Yvette has been so amazing! She showed me stuff that we didn’t have back home! She was so patient and was knowledgeable on what she was selling. My friends and I bought so much stuff free. Highly recommend!

Went there the first time and the man/lady with the very short haircut was extremely rude, it was thirty minutes until closing and was reminded every five mins that the store was closing and was rushing us out of the store. Went there the second time only because they happened to have an item I really needed and the same thing -both the workers were extremely rude and looked like they absolutely hated their job. They both belittle you and talk down to you like you aren't worthy of their time ..they have no patience if you have a simple question.. but there was nobody else in the store .The man/lady sprayed Windex on the glass display case I was looking at right in front of me !!?!??? I will NEVER EVER come back here EVER again. I can't believe this place is still in business ..all their items are extremely overpriced you can get everything in the store at least 50% less elsewhere!

Great experience overall. Last minute run and Soki (spelling escapes me) helped me find everything super quickly. Selection is unreal, especially for Delta 8. Definitely a go-to spot with a friendly atmosphere.

This is my go to smoke shop in DTLA. They have a wide selection of everything, but the reason I keep coming back is Yvette and the rest of the staff here. They are so nice, knowledgeable and patient. I really appreciate it!

The best smoke shop DTLA. They have a large selection of products but more specifically the customer service is ALWAYS great. Couldn't leave this review without mentioning Evette and Andrew; thanks guys for being friendly and patient when I'm unable to make a purchase decision.
