Two for three in leaving this store feeling disrespected in a customer service experience. The vape I purchased had a cartridge that was not registering with the vape as functional. Once I found out, in my car, I returned to the store to have it fixed. Since I left the store, apparently, it’s the manufacturer that I need to take this up with. The best she could do was give me $2 off a two pack of the cartridges. I tipped 3X that on the defective product sale. Couldn’t even give me a cartridge replacement.

My S/O who is female has gone into the shop 3 times to grab an elf bar for me and every time, they charged her $3-$4 less than they charge me, a male. Also was told today by the person behind the counter that she can only sell vapes in groups of 3 after I’ve been a regular there for about 6 months buying singles. Other than that, it’s cool.

Super friendly people there.. especially the two I remember most.. a kind, straightforward small in stature, salesperson with long black hair, and another, super friendly and accommodating salesperson with beautiful long ginger hair and great eyes and smile!

I tell everyone to go there, because it's hard to find such easygoing people in LA... :))

I have an excellent every time I walk in. Everyone is welcoming and knows exactly where everything is. Hospitality 10/10. Ive built lasting relationships with the staff especially Ivete! She’s amazing!

Great selection, definitely the best smoke shop in dtla. They remember my name every time I walk in and really go the extra mile to make me feel like my business is appreciated.

Every time I go in here I get Nothing BUT THE BEST customer service and easy going Vibes.. The staff(May,soqui/Miguel) are always super chill, knowledgeable about their products and will definitely go the extra mile to ensure you get what you need. They have a vast selection on different e-juices and ALWAYS have bogo deals and/ or "buy 2 get 1 free"... So, yea, definitely recommend If you're in or near DTLA or just visiting.. they also have all your needs for Ganja smoking ☺️💯💯 much love guys, see you soon.

Great place with helpful staff. Andrew walked me through buying my vape, from what brand to buy, what coils are for what purpose, and how to prep it. He made sure I had everything fully up and running before I left the store. Highly recommended!

The most welcoming shop in DTLA! Big selection, everyone’s super friendly & Zoki/Soki (don’t know how to spell the bro’s name) is Mr Good Vibes himself!

This shop hands down is one of the best tobacco shops in DTLA maybe even the entire LA County. One a few occasions I must admit that I’ve bout a battery and tobacco vape that weee completely faulty which was of a concern to me but what makes this shop so amazing is they care about the products they sell and the customers they serve. Each time I’ve had an issue not only was my issue immediately resolved but they also didn’t hesitate to assist as some tobacco do. Check them out your not going to find better deals or service anywhere especially in the DTLA area where most shops don’t really care to give good service because so many people through they do!!!!!

Best smoke shop in LA. Hands down. The woman who works there is amazing and incredibly helpful. She was through and even remembered things we told her we wanted as we forgot because we were looking at all the cool stuff! They have a HUGE selection of everything you need wether you smoke flower or dabs. This place truly is a one stop shop for everything - and I mean EVERYTHING- you need. Oh! And we got some incredible deals that we couldn’t find anywhere else! Seriously stop by- you won’t be disappointed!!
