Product was cool and pretty new. I'll say there is a variety of things for all your needs. Except accessories and tools. Seems like worker/owner? wasn't really interested in my shopping experience and I was ready to purchase quite a few things. It may have been that he was alone in the store or it may have been that he was watching the basketball game but I didn't feel like I was given much attention or give much explanation on the products that I asked for....it was more like I was bugging him then me being an actual customer with money in my pocket ready to purchase... it also could have been that maybe he just didn't want to serve me because I'm a black woman who knows...too bad cuz closer than Honey Vape and The outer limits...but I guess I'll stick to those smoke shops. Ole faithfuls....never let you down.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve experienced the same quality customer service since day one.
I came in today because the cookies tray I bought wasn’t powering up right, the red light wouldn’t come on. I found out that I wasn’t charging it with the right power amount and he charged it for me, IN STORE. This thing shines brighter than the evening star now lol.

Moved to Vegas now but this was my go to place when living in Citrus Heights. Pretty damn good selection of glass and cheap butane compared to other shops. Wish I remembered his name but the guy who is behind the counter like 90% of the time has a great attitude and cares about his customers. Always had good conversations about products they might be able to bring into the shop or just random stuff. Just wanted to say thanks because that is beyond customer service that's just a good guy right there.
